ClashTheGathering

My goal with this blog is to combine the complex mechanics of cards from magic the gathering and consider how they would function in a clash royale style battling arena. I expect the combination of both concepts will result in a game with gameplay far more similar to clash royale, but with many new and far more complex cards, abilities, rules and interactions. As I go through this I will develop these different gamerules as I create cards using a CR card creater and consider how I would like this game to function, all whilst trying to keep the game relatively balanced. As a jumping off point I will be using the Theros Beyond Death MTG set to create cards.
